About the Role:
- Are you a passionate and results-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Manager with a proven track record in managing marketplace and quick commerce campaigns? The Marcom Avenue is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team.
- In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness across various online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management:
- Coordinate with marketplace and quick commerce stakeholders to establish new product listings, optimize existing listings for organic search (SEO), and manage ad campaigns to maximize sales.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Develop data-driven marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to marketplace and quick commerce audiences.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources, including customer feedback, sales figures, and competitor information.
- Utilize data insights to develop strategies for improving sales performance, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
- Manage product inventory levels on marketplaces and quick commerce platforms to ensure continuous product availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and facilitate timely order fulfillment.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct regular competitor analysis on online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition by monitoring competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Reporting & Communication:
- Create comprehensive reports and analyses to track sales, marketing performance, and customer support activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
Budget Management:
- Manage allocated budgets for marketplace and quick commerce campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns for D2C clients on marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment.
- Certification in relevant marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Certified, Flipkart Certified) a strong plus
