Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients through organic channels such as networking, social media, referrals, and industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to build a pipeline of organic leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and strategies that attract and retain potential leads.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Manage and track leads in CRM tools, ensuring all interactions and progress are accurately recorded.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client acquisition through organic channels.
Requirements
bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a focus on organic lead generation.
