Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end business development, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and generating revenue.

Job Location: Noida, Onsite
Work Timings: U.S. Time Zone; 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Monday - Friday)

• Key Job Role & Responsibilities:

Schedule sales appointments for the Sales team by managing our existing relationships & by generating new business opportunities for NetCom Learning.

• Invest time in prospecting and lead generation to fuel call/ visit outcome
• Capture critical information for relationship management
• Create and follow Call Calling Outreach and Email Campaigns
• Research potential accounts/companies for intended outreach.
• Other Sales support activities as assigned
• Develop an efficient flow of info between Sales Team & the client team
• The key aspect of the role of the inside sales Consultant involves working in partnership with the Client team to grow the contract value of Fortune 500 and Middle Market companies through scheduling key client activities and sales visits.

Skills:

• 2-3 Years experience in US Outbound sales process.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Stability in Career
• AI, Data Science, Data Analytics Sales Experience pref.
