Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end business development, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and generating revenue.

Job Location: Noida, Onsite
Work Timings: U.S. Time Zone; 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
  • Understand client services and their alignment with customer needs.
  • Run outbound campaigns (voice and email) for international markets, focusing on the US & Canada.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create customized proposals addressing specific customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the US sales team to align proposals with company capabilities.
  • Close deals efficiently, ensuring smooth implementation transitions.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales and account management.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in the North American market, with at least 5 years in the B2B IT industry.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly and manage multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, innovative thinker, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market trends, brand building, digital marketing, automation, analytics, and GTM strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
