Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Territory Sales Manager.
- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and training sales staff.
- Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management.
- Experience in Training sales staff and developing sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the agriculture sector is a plus.

Salary structure, benifits, TA&DA, resources recognition by upper management is poor. The benifits to Distributor and Retailers are very less in comparison to other seed industry which pulls back the target of this company.
