- Brand Awareness: Ensure that brand awareness within the assigned territory aligns with company expectations.
- Competitor Monitoring: Keep track of competitors sales activities within the territory and adjust strategies accordingly.
Territory Sales Manager Requirements:
- Education: a bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Territory Sales Manager
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Organizational and Leadership: Strong organizational skills coupled with effective leadership abilities
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to drive data-informed decisions.
- Negotiation: sound negotiation and consultative sales skills are needed to close deals.
- Communication: effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Customer Service: exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
