Role & responsibilities:
Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process

Handling customer queries and problems related to the product or process.
Work Mode - Hybrid

Location - Gurugram, Sector 19

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate candidates preferred. UG can also apply.
• Freshers and Experienced both can apply. Experienced candidate must have minimum of 6 months experience with valid documents such as offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last 3 months salary slips.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have good hold in spoken English.

** Candidates must reside in Delhi/NCR region.

Working Schedule:

• 5 days working with rotational offs.
• 9 hour shifts including 1 hour break.
• For the first three months from the date of joining casual leaves will not be allowed.

• Salary Structure: 27k CTC - 35k CTC
