Role & responsibilities

• • Provide solutions to Incidents reported. • Follow the corporate guidelines for software development. • Work as part of a team, which may be temporarily established for a particular project or scripting. • Develop and provide maintenance to oriented client applications. • Provide support to activities designated by the Corporate Software Development team. • Manage the Service Desk for tickets on SD queue. • Participate in the testing for all applications that are currently on testing (either new or in maintenance). • Support to Global Support Team with any issue detected in the application. • Manage Jira Software tasks and BitBucket repositories.
• Supervise projects to be deployed. • Publish application to development environment. • Build, obfuscate, sign binaries, and create installers. • Manage maintenance and actualize deployed systems. • Attend meetings with Client and Operations people. • Recognize system deficiencies; suggest and implement effective alternative technical solutions. • Participate in software development projects, including design, development, requirements review, managing scope, and managing personal deadlines. • Estimate efforts, tasks and time for new features and issues. • Manage and document code changes. • Write well designed, testable, efficient code following IT-Security guidelines. • Write and understand complex SQL statements. • Create queries, analyze, and validate data. • Follow architecture and coding standards, development methodologies and produce technical and business documentation as needed. • Apply principles and best practices for developing secure web applications. • Produce technical, business, and operative documentation for the applications developed. • Guide in product design, estimates and timeline management. • Creation of process for automation and/or data transfers. • Availability 24/7 for emergency incidences support. • Elaborate with other developers to complete proposed initiatives, while mentoring and offering guidance when needed. • Brainstorm with team members and think on the fly. • Continue education/ to further develop programs while maintaining existing skills and knowledge. • Read, understand, and sign company policies. • Follow up on tickets assigned.
