Job Description

The Network Operations Team Lead will manage a team of network operations engineers operating in a 24x7x365 and supporting the global infrastructure of Teleperformance USA. The Supervisor position is responsible for day-to-day supervisory functions of the Global Network Operations Team. This position maintains and ensures effective use of resources, prioritization and management of changes, outages, requests and problems and helps the manager collect data for KPIs and team reports. They are also responsible for maintaining high proficiency on the Teleperformance USA network.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
• Minimum of 8 years network operations or engineering experience
• Advanced understanding and experience in VPN technologies and network protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• CCNP Routing and Switching Certification is a must. Preferably with additional certification and experience on Network Security, Data Center and Wireless technologies
• Advanced experience in handling a wide array of Cisco platforms like routers, switches, firewalls and WLAN controllers
• Preferably with experience in Cisco SDWAN and Cisco ACI
• Preferably with experience in Arista VXLAN
• ITIL certification is a must
• Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective verbal, listening and documentation skills in the English language
• Experience in handling a diverse team of network engineers
• Ability to function under a pressure and make quick and accurate decisions
