Voice Process

Providing resolution to the customer's problems and queries

Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off

Salary - 13k-15k CTC

Preferred candidate profile :

should be fluent in any of two languages. (Hindi/Bengali/English/Odia)

should be comfortable with rotational shifts

should be in Kolkata or need to be open to relocate in Kolkata within a week.
