Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Voice Process

Salary:

CTC: ₹18,000 including PLI

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timings: Day Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Week-offs

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

UG and and Graduate Freshers can apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
