Java Developer (Bangalore)

Job Description: As a technical Lead, you will be responsible for one more module of the product. You will work with the architect to convert the specifications into architecture and high level design. You will guide the product development team to development the software as per the specifications. Conduct code review and accept merge requests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the standard software product development process.

• Work with Technical Architects and convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

• Generate HLD documents and review the LLD.

• Conduct code review and provide guidance to junior members.

• Write Quality code with minimum defects and set standards for the team

• Create unit test and integration test strategy to ensure no failure in quality control phase.

• Must have experience in managing 3 to 4 Jr. software engineers.

• Lead issue debugging and resolve issues

Required Skills:

• 5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

• Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add

• Should be able to lead Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

• Should be proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter.

• Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

• Ability to switch context and adapt quickly.
