Role & responsibilities :

• Customer Support Associate (CSA)
• Inbound Voice Process (No Sales & Target)
• Providing resolution to the customer's problems & resolving queries.
• Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Good opportunity for freshers.
• should be fluent in any two languages (Hindi/Oriya/Bengali/Assamese/English).
• should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• should be in Kolkata or need to be open to relocate in Kolkata within a week.
