Customer Support Executive (Hindi Voice process)

Job Description:

We are recruiting candidates who can speak Hindi & English for a leading Banks.

Below are the Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates with Six-month experience preferable - Freshers can also apply, salary will be 21KCTC per month.

We prefer candidates from B.com stream who are familiar and are interested to work and build their career in the BFSI Industry, however candidates from other streams also can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Explaining the customers product features & benefits.

* Outbound Process- Calling existing and potential customers to explain the features of the products and services.

* Excellent Communication in English and Hindi

* Graduation mandatory

Work Specifics:

* 6 Days working/ Rotational Week Off.

* 8 Hours Shift- Day Shift

* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply

* Language - Hindi Mandatory with English Communication
