Job Title: Chat Customer Service Representative

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 working days, 2 rotational weekends off)

Cab Facility: Both sides (based on hiring zone)

Candidates must be good in English communication .

Job Description:

We are hiring Chat Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent support via chat. You'll assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat.

- Offer accurate information and maintain a positive attitude.

- Collaborate with the team to meet customer service goals.

Eligibility:

- UG/Grad Freshers or with minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

Around 25,500 In-hand (for UG/Grad with 6 months experience)

Around 22,000 in-hand

( for Graduate Fresher or less that 6m of experience )

Around 20,000 in-hand

(For undergraduate fresher)
