Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international chat support for International customers.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings and weekends as per business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO or similar industry preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language required; ability to understand diverse accents and dialects an added advantage.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends; willingness to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• UG/Any Grad/ PG Can apply.

• Fresher and experience can apply.

Salary-

• CTC- 28K + 2k PLI
• In-hand-24K + 2K PLI
