Job Title: MIS Team Leader

Job Summary:

The MIS Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the organization's information systems. This role involves leading a team of MIS professionals, ensuring the efficient processing and analysis of data, and supporting the organization's strategic goals through effective information management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MIS professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Plan, execute, and monitor MIS projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their information needs and ensure MIS systems meet those needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in MIS and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Track all Operations processes relating to SLA adherence.
• Ensure SLA performance reports are published timely and accurately.
• Escalate any irregularities in reports in a timely manner.
• Sharing relevant MIS information with other departments as and when required.

Experience:

• Experience: Proven experience in MIS or a related field, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
