Join us as a Customer Support Executive, requirement is for Voice process where you will interact with Customers, facilitate and collect the payments from Customers. Facilitate payments, resolving their queries/ concerns and collecting the payments on time will be the primary responsibility.

Job Summary / Overview:

• We are recruiting candidates with experience in Customer Support (International Chat/ Voice).

Preferred candidate profile:

• Handle queries and problems of the customers.
• Location - Chennai (Ambattur)
• Work Mode - From Office
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility.
• Graduation is mandatory
• Follow a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, which may include nights mostly, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock customer support coverage. Must be willing to work on
• Experienced candidates must have minimum valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months' salary slip of their pervious employments.

**Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

Working Schedule:

• 5 days working with Rotational Night shifts(Graveyard Shift) and 2 days rotational off.(24/7 Process)
• Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.(Graveyard Shift)
• Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
• Ambattur - Remuneration- 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA
