Our prospective customer base includes industry leaders such as TCL, TTL, L&T, LTTS, Reliance Jio, Skipper India, Kalpataru Transmission, as well as state government PDW, Irrigation departments, and local government corporations.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development & Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our expansion in the EPC/Turnkey projects sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and presales, specifically within Civil, Electrical, and Telecom infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities in EPC/Turnkey projects across Civil, Electrical, and Telecom Infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including TCL, TTL, LTTS, Reliance Jio, Skipper India, Kalpataru Transmission, PDW, and state/local government entities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration.
• Lead end-to-end business development efforts including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to align business strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and presales in Civil, Electrical, or Telecom Infrastructure EPC projects.
• Strong network and industry connections within the target customer base (TCL, TTL, LTTS, Reliance Jio, Skipper India, Kalpataru Transmission, government bodies, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate government tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Understanding of financial modeling, project cost estimation, and contract management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
