Job Overview:
As an Outbound Lead Generation executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients
through various outreach methods. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies
that drive lead generation and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential leads
* Utilize email, cold calling, and social media to reach out to prospects
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach campaigns
* Track and report on key performance metrics
* Set up and manage integrations with tools like SaveMyLeads to streamline lead generation processes.
Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business
* Proven experience of 2 years in outbound lead generation or sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
