Job Description
Experience Level: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our B2B sales and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and convert B2B clients for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc).
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and pitch relevant solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Founders).
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our services effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc).
- Proven ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
