As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve client objectives. You will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to craft impactful social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored to client goals.
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a strong online community.
Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite, and provide actionable insights.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other content.
Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify new opportunities.
Prepare detailed performance reports for clients with key metrics and recommendations.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and campaigns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2+ years of proven experience in social media management and advertising.
Proficiency in social media tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Excellent knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
Strong creative and copywriting skills for crafting engaging posts and captions.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (eg, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Ability to stay organized and deliver results within deadlines
