• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and
  generate reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
• Stay in touch with clients to understand their business goals and
  provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to
  adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
• Skilled in creating engaging reels on trending topics to capture
  audience interest and boost engagement.

Skills set to get succeed

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for
  businesses or brands.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms,
  best practices of social media, trends and advertising options.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
  platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative
  Suite).
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of content marketing, influencer marketing and
  whatsapp marketing is a plus.
