- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client s goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance client visibility.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Engage with followers and influencers, responding to comments and messages to foster community.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
- Prepare regular reports on social media and influencer campaign performance for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Creative mindset with strong writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
