- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their advertising needs.
- Present Mindblue LLP s services and solutions in a compelling manner.
- Develop customized proposals and strategies to meet client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with our service offerings.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.
- Experience working in a creative or advertising environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
