We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales initiatives, and drive business growth.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Motivate and inspire the team to exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and target customer segments.
- Design and execute impactful sales plans and campaigns.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies.
- Address challenges and implement solutions to enhance sales success.
- Recruit and onboard new agencies to expand the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies.
- Provide training, support, and resources to maximize agency performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector.
