Qualification Criteria :

- A Bachelor's degree

- At least 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, particularly in Life Insurance.

- A strong track record of success in sales and client relationship management.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A proven ability to influence and persuade others.

- The ability to build rapport and nurture strong relationships.

- A results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

- A willingness to travel within your assigned region/city.

- Fluency in the local language is a plus.
