Role: Area Sales Manager
Objective:
Manage a sales force, find new business prospects, and assist in the company's growth. Finding new business possibilities and creating plans to expand the company are the responsibilities of a business development manager (BDM).
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish objectives and make plans to increase sales and business.
- Conduct research and put plans into action to reach new markets.
- Find prospective customers in such markets.
- Track down leads and help them close deals.
- Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree or its equivalent.
- Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
- Age range: 21-38 years old.
- Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
