Role: Direct Sales Manager
Objective:
Identify new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company's growth. One important individual in a firm that finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company is a business development manager (BDM).
Key Responsibilities :
- To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
- To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
- Determine which markets have prospective customers.
- Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
- Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree or its equivalent.
- Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
- Age range: 21-38 years old.
- Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
- Excellent ability to communicate.
