Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Defining the Product Vision: Establish and communicate the overall vision and roadmap for the product. Ensure the product aligns with the companys strategic goals.

• Managing the Product Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. Clearly express and prioritize backlog items.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and changes.

• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define features and user stories based on stakeholder needs and business value. Prioritize features and user stories to ensure the team focuses on the most important tasks first.

• Sprint Planning and Review: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to ensure they understand the requirements. Participate in sprint reviews to provide feedback and adjust the product backlog.

• Release Planning and Management: Plan product releases and set expectations for delivery. Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

• Market and User Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features and priorities.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the products performance against defined metrics. Use performance data to make continuous improvements to the product.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation. Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to the product development and delivery. Develop mitigation plans to address potential issues.
• Customer Support and Feedback: Address customer issues and gather feedback to improve the product. Ensure a positive customer experience by continuously refining the product based on feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT.

• Experience: 08-12 years of experience
