Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps that align with organizational goals, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
• Define short-term and long-term product objectives, ensuring a balance between innovation and business profitability.
• Drive alignment between the product roadmap and the companys vision, ensuring cross-functional teams work toward a unified goal.
2. Market Research and Opportunity Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points.
• Translate market insights into actionable product ideas and strategies.
• Perform SWOT analysis to assess potential risks and benefits associated with new product development.
3. Product Development and Execution:
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Manage the product backlog and oversee the agile development process.
4. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate product strategies, priorities, and progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and drive product success.
5. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Oversee successful product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.
• Monitor the success of product launches and identify areas for improvement.
6. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze key product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement product enhancements and updates based on quantitative data and qualitative insights.
• Drive continuous innovation by staying informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
