Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Working with electrical Design team to support early phase positioning and develop proposals for the EVs (B2B & B2C) business market covering:
• Prepare proposal based on Cost effective, durable, and sustainable and efficient solutions including energy storage, & digitalization.
• Developments in better speedup solutions bringing greater energy efficiency to our customers.
• Prepare competitive commercial bids and technical proposal focused on electrical packages along with co-ordination of civil and Mechanical consideration of requirement.
• Prepare requisitions/specifications for quotations from internal & external vendors.
• Work with customers and vendors directly for technical requirements / clarifications
• Review and select internal and 3rd party vendors after evaluation to ensure compliance and competence.
• Basic knowledge of power system study such as compact Sub-station, Transformers, HT Panel, LT Panel, ACBD, short circuit calculation, transformer inrush, etc is advantageous.
• Plan & Attend various inspection call at vendor place prior to dispatch.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Hands on work on Auto-Cad documents.
