Job Description
Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and
clear. Track and report on team progress, velocity and sprint health to ensure transparency and
alignment with organizational goals.
Accountable for establishing Scrum on team level and scaling our setup on enterprise level.
Remove any impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and help resolve conflicts or issues that
arise.
Managing dependencies across multiple inter-related projects/products, managing and reporting status
of product roadmap and/ or project status to support effective decision making.
Developing and advocate project/product & change artefacts during the change lifecycle.
Enable the team to actively own and surface dependencies and risks or escalate in a timely manner.
Responsible for the Team’s effectiveness, coaching an improvement culture by focusing on continuous
improvements, visualize and measure team flow, ensures impediments to the team are quickly
removed.
Surfacing up team metrics and helping the team understand their metrics and self-reflect and
experiment.
Supporting/Coaching the product owner in backlog management towards product roadmap aligning to
organizational goals.
Ability to coach and mentor team members as well as stakeholders, remove obstacles and emphasize
teamwork.
Demonstrates a personal growth mindset – Lifelong learning, continuous self-improvement, and the
ability to always adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates proactiveness and self-organization, empathy, and interpersonal conflict resolution skills.
Encouraging a psychological safe environment for the team.
