Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst/PM to work with the Product Owner and a team of developers. You will oversee the functional delivery of key projects and will manage opportunities from inception through to delivery acting as the technical liaison between the Business and IT stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

• Elaborate, specify, and document the business & functional requirements
• Responsible for functional requirement study and Gap Analysis
• Assess tasks accurately and provide estimates
• Participate in testing efforts in conjunction with QA, including the design and execution of an overall test strategy
• Responsible for the delivery of planned activities ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
• Highly resilient and resourceful with a proven track record in engaging and influencing others to ensure project tasks are delivered per committed timelines
• Research, plan and implement new ideas into the organisation

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience (prefer Fintech/Banking/Payments domains)
• Excellent analytical thinking and expertise in gathering requirements and documenting them
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications, JIRA, SharePoint, etc.
• Comfortable getting technical as required, with familiarity in working with APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, Postman, AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
• Ability to be diligent with attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and meet standards expected for quality of work and timeliness of deliverables
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Education: B.E/B.Tech/MBA
