Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets within the boiler, manufacturing, and industrial products sector.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise:
    Utilize strong ESPN backfilter knowledge and expertise in the product to provide valuable insights and support the team in addressing customer needs.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
    Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking.
  • Travel Requirements:
    Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales operations across regions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
    MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience:
    10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably within the boiler, manufacturing, or industrial products industry.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    In-depth knowledge of the boiler/manufacturing/industrial products sector and ESPN backfilter knowledge.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Travel Readiness:
    Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development.
