- Resolve customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6months+ of experience in International is mandatory.
Must have extensive exposure on dual chat concurrency.
Familiar with Upselling tactics.
