Tech Mahindra is hiring for Voice process at Chandivali Location


Designation - Customer Service Executive


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Handling customer queries via call,
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key skills required:

  • Good English communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills

Required Candidate profile:

  • Education & Experience: Any Graduate Fresher or Experience (minimum 6 months on paper)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi / Kannada/Bengali/ Tamil/ Telugu

Working location: Tech Mahindra Ltd. Chandivali


Walk-in Interview Time 10 am to 5 pm (Monday to Saturday)


Work from office


Shift Timing:

7am-12am any 9 hours for Male

7am - 8pm any 9hrs for Female

One Rotational week off.


Age: 18-35 years
