SAP AMS Delivery Manager

• A seasonal Application Management Services (AMS) Delivery Manager
• Managed large and complex AMS engagements with multi locations in a 24x7 environment
• Experienced in managing distributed service delivery - locally and globally.
• Well versed and knowledgeable on driving SLA and KPI for an AMS engagement
• Experience of driving Automation and value-added services in the engagement
• Proven experience of productivity gains passed on to the customer
• Experience of working in a multi-Service line environment
• Extreme ownership of the engagement
• Proactive risk and mitigation management
• Manage change well and constantly thinking of excelling customer delivery and improving margins
• Drive Governance calls (including Steering calls) effectively
• Track record of delivering continuous improvement across Delivery
• Effective Stake holder management internal as well as external

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication
• Good networking and articulating skills
• Strong leader with ability to drive and manage team for delivery excellence and business agility
• Played similar roles in the past with demonstrated success
• Strong knowledge about vendors in the market and collaborative working experience with them
