Service Delivery Manager-AMS Job

We are looking forward to hire UiPath Professionals in the following areas :

• Should have 13-15 years of experience in Service Delivery Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing maintenance and support services
• Should have strong understanding of ITIL concepts (ITIL certification is preferred)
• Strong experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, problem management and knowledge management are expected
• 2+ years of experience in managing RPA services
• Need to set up the support team, support model, shift plan and service delivery processes
• Should monitor and track the day-to-day services and deliverables
• Ensure process compliance, SLA adherence and higher customer/end-user satisfaction
• Implement suitable tools and best practices
• Bring in continual service improvement and achieve effort optimization
• Periodic status reporting along with all agreed metrics and SLAs
