Banking Voice process

Openings in Tech Mahindra for Sr voice CSA (Chandivali location)

Exp in customer service min 2yrs or Min 1 yr experience of Sr. customer service in voice process in BFSI

Shift time

Male - 24x7 (Drop facility is available)

Female 7am to 8pm

6 days working, 1 rotational week off

Training will be provided in 3pm to 12am

Job role :

Handle inbound or outbound

Enquiries /complaints /request from clients within timeline

Handle escalation calls

Support different process

Advanced excel knowledge (pivot table, vlookup)

Qualification:

Graduation is mandatory

Salary:

25k to 30k in hand
