Job Description:

• Service Now Development experience in Implementing new Applications & Developing Integrations, enhancing existing applications.
• Good overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, various modules, Expertise in ServiceNow scripting.
• Expertise in various development utilities like Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes etc.
• Experience with custom applications, Service Portal, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent etc.
• Guide\Mentor other team members.
• Exposure to having worked in large organizations with Service Management tools.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certification is added value
• ITIL Certification is added value
