Designation - Customer Support Associate

Qualification - Undergraduate or Any Graduate/Postgraduate

Key Skills -

Candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer service

Ability to handle customers

Good in English communication

Ability to work in Rotational shifts

Ability to handle inbound calls

Location - Chandivali, Andheri East

Shift timings For males - 24*7

For females - 7am - 9pm (any 9hrs rotational shift)

Working module 9hrs shift 6 days working with 1 rotational week off

Age Criteria 18- 35
