Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills.
• Candidate must be a Graduate.
• On paper experience as a Team Leader for KYC process is mandatory of minimum 1 year.
• Must be comfortable Working from Office.
• 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for KYC (Know Your Customer) operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee document verification and KYC verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective process management strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to KYC operations and provide guidance on best practices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines throughout the entire lifecycle of KYC activities.

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Salary - Upto 6.5 LPA

Age - Upto 32 years max.
