Team Lead - Real estate valuation

Shift - US SHift (6:30 PM to 4:30 am)

location - Hyderabad

Responsibilities of Team Lead:

• Perform financial analysis, including assisting the team in the building of financial models
• Maintain and update monthly/quarterly portfolio valuations for real estate assets within each fund
• Assist in preparation of quantitative and qualitative analyses, and prepare deliverables that accurately reflect conclusions of the analysis
• Create a variety of reports that assist with maintaining the fund operations
• Capital markets analysis with a focus on debt instruments (long term debt, credit facility financing) as well as interest rate/FX derivative instruments
• Managing data and property information for the various assets in each fund
• Assist with monitoring key financial metrics of the funds including return calculations, operational metrics, and future projections
• Conduct ad-hoc research/analysis used to guide strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Must be CFA level 2, it will be a plus if the candidate has cleared Level 3
• Bachelors in finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field is a plus
• 7 - 12 years of experience in finance, commercial real estate, or investment analysis
• Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation and analysis using excel
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workloads

• Financial modelling and valuations techniques
• Must have strong research and analytical abilities
• Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be proficient in MS office and experience with financial software (CoStar, CIQ, Bloomberg)
• Should takes initiative and is solution-oriented in all interactions
