Job Expectations:

• Technical know-how - Ability to quickly understand technical and conceptual nuances of Online Maps and tools
• TM will be leading multiple short to long term pilot projects within online maps space
• Liaison with GIS Analyst to understand the problem statement and run pilot projects with the team of 100+ editors
• Present structured analysis to GIS analyst lead and client program manager
• Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving skills & attention to detail is a must
• Comfortable dealing with rapidly-evolving work environment
• Strict adherence to deadlines
• Experience managing 4 -6 TLs within online maps processes
• Experience in client management
• Train the new hires within defined timelines
• Maintain the team performance as per the SLAs committed in SOW
• Willing to work in a shift based work schedule

Skills Required:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
• 8+ yrs. of work experience working across multiple online maps related processes for instance basemap editing, POI etc.
• Ability to maintain and analyze large data sets efficiently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities
• Knowledge of working on MS Excel / Spreadsheets in areas like vlookup, pivot table, charts
• Experience working on power-point is a must
• Basic knowledge of SQL language & data mining is a value add
