Role & responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining data quality in the system by processing data review, validation, entry/update.

This responsibility includes following a detailed escalation procedure if cases are identified as needing further approvals before processing, while also ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner and completing expected daily outputs.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree Graduate.

Demonstrates passion for ensuring commitment to quality.

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven problem solving skills.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Accurate data entry and data formatting

Understanding cells, rows, columns, and basic formatting options

Simple use of text, number, and date functions

Sorting and filtering data in Excel

Simple data validation and error-checking

Documenting routine procedures and data tasks in Excel

Organizing and labeling data files within Excel Basic email correspondence and note-takin
