Data Analyst

Ensure consistency and quality control.

Enforce existing audit compliance policy, track compliance and provide regular updates to associated key stakeholders .

Performs monthly audit of data and program files. Audits to include budget data, documents required by SLA, sign-in sheets, and attendee list as per Audit Check list.

Serve as the centralized resource for ensuring compliance functions are adhered to within the provided timelines .

Work with BCD account leadership and Operations Team to recommend process modifications and efficiencies that will simplify maintenance of audit environment. Have a complete understanding of customer compliance processes and requirements .

Ensure compliance with all SOPs and internal policies, procedures and corporate guidance .

Serve as the centralized resource for ensuring audit compliance functions are adhered to within the provided timelines.

Special projects as requested by management .

Manage reporting and other duties as assigned.

Work independently in the absence of supervision .

Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested. Were looking for you if your profile matches the following. One to five years of experience in an administrative or project management support role. Must be able to manage time and prioritize work effectively, be a team player, work independently, meet stringent deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel must be fully proficient in Advance Excel and Data Analysis .

Excellent organization skills and communication skills.

Affinity for managing details by working with BCD team members.

Problem solving and decision-making ability.

Affinity for program data management, from logistics to financial reporting .

You Might Also Have. BS/BA degree. Knowledge of Cvent. Support experience within Meetings Event industry or Travel Hospitality Industry.
