Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing overall sales and production data from all company units. The role involves generating comprehensive reports, conducting sales growth analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate sales and production data from all manufacturing units and warehouses.
• Create and maintain detailed sales and production reports using Advanced Excel.
• Utilize Excel formulas, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other tools to analyze and visualize data.
• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Conduct sales growth analysis and identify key trends and insights to support business strategies.
• Perform thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Create detailed reports on overall sales, production performance, and inventory.
• Analyze sales trends, production efficiency, and growth patterns to provide actionable insights.
• Checking stock availability and Maintaining & analysing import data
• Ability to work on Tabulations, Data Edits, Data Validation and other Data Processing activities.
• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Develop advanced Excel models and dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including conditional formatting, formulas, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
• Strong skills in data analysis and data validation.
• Experience in creating and managing sales and production reports.
• Ability to perform sales growth analysis and interpret data insights effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
• Industry experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
