Job Description
❏ 1-3 yrs of experience as team lead
❏ Graduate and equivalent experience
❏ Good Communication skills (Read, Write and Speak) in English and native local language
❏ Basic Data analytics and Tech writing skills is required
❏ Deep knowledge about City/country transit/traffic network / Urban planning
❏ Knowledge of transit-specific data format is an added advantage
❏ Basic/ Good knowledge about GIS mapping tools and programing skills would be an added advantage
❏ Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
❏ Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail

There are learning and development opportunities via udemy and internal platforms but the team management doesn't provide time to utilise the same.
This openion limited to Staff Augmentation vertical - 10 hrs work culture takes 12 hrs to satisfy the unrealistic expectations and poorly managed processes. Too many unfair and biased approach by almost all TLs TMs and SDMs. If you are an outsider for positions beyond SPE you wouldn't be welcomed and treated well, tenured and competitors in the org will sabotage your growth.
