3. Design programs that are impactful, practical, and aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
   
4. Keep a database of creative ideas to inspire future volunteering programs.
   
5. Create visual content like presentations using Canva to explain your programs.
   
6. Host orientations for volunteers and beneficiaries to guide them through the program.
   
7. Join volunteering events to understand and improve the experience for volunteers.
   
8. Note areas of improvement after each program and make it better next time.
   
9. Give a fresh twist to existing programs to keep them exciting and relevant.

4. Articulate new volunteering ideas clearly and present to leadership teams.
   
5. Design PPTs to visually express your program ideas
   
6. Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head.
   
7. Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills like using MS Office.
   
8. Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn, works hard, and can do tasks independently & with a team.
